I am having problems synchronizing my Exchange contacts. What should I do?

Exchange only allows a maximum of 10 active devices. Devices that are no longer in use can be removed as follows:
You can transfer only 1024 contacts once.

  • Log in to Outlook Web Access at https://email.uni-kl.de.
  • Click on the gear wheel at the top right and select "Options".
  • Open "General" in the left-hand menu and select "Mobile devices".
  • Now use the minus sign to remove all devices that are no longer in active use.
Note: Furthermore, it is known that the G-Mail app does not always transfer contacts correctly. Depending on your mobile device, you should select an alternative mail program.
