In case the Servicepoint is closed we offer the following method to reset your password:
Distance students:
- Please contact your responsible supervisor at DISC directly.
- Send an email requesting a password reset to hotline@rhrk.uni-kl.de.
- You will be contacted by an RHRZ staff member to verify your identity via videoconference.
- A device with camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) is necessary to participate in the videoconference.
- You require a valid government-issued photo ID to verify your identity.
