What do I do if I forgot my RHRK password?

    You can reset your RHRK password at the Service Point (building 34/room 250, opening hours).
    To verify your identity you require an official photo ID (students additionally need their student ID).

    In case the Servicepoint is closed we offer the following method to reset your password:

    Distance students:
    • Please contact your responsible supervisor at DISC directly.
    Students, employees and all other user groups:
    • Send an email requesting a password reset to hotline@rhrk.uni-kl.de.
    • You will be contacted by an RHRZ staff member to verify your identity via videoconference.
    • A device with camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) is necessary to participate in the videoconference.
    • You require a valid government-issued photo ID to verify your identity.
