The employment status of an employee can be modified in the web interface at https://accounts.rptu.de.
Only supervisors and authorized personnel can make this adjustment for employees within their department or working group.
Employee accounts expire with either a fixed term date or a contract term.
- The fixed term date must be renewed manually in the web interface.
- The contract term is automatically synchronized (including changes such as early termination or contract renewal).
Once an account reaches its end of contract, it automatically undergoes the termination process.
- Warning. You will receive an email that the account is pending for the termination.
- Suspension. The account will be locked.
- Termination. The account will be permanently deleted. Restoration is not possible.
